Dogs Poisoned at Port Perry's Poplar Park



PORT PERRY - Durham police are investigating after a number of dogs were reportedly poisoned after they ate tainted cupcakes in Port Perry's Poplar Park. The park is frequented by local dog owners who enjoy letting their pets off-leash.
