Port Perry resident Rodney Burley is concerned about the large amounts of residential and commercial garbage that is finding its way onto the sides of the road and into the forests and conservation areas in the Scugog region. He has noticed an increase in illegal dumping on certain stretches, such as on Russell Rd.
