What Remains?
I meant to post this earlier, but somehow I forgot. It's a portrait of photographer Jean-Michel Komarnicki at the opening of his exhibit "What Remains?" at the Kent Farndale Gallery in Port Perry. His show ran through the month of February. Can you guess which lens was used? You got it. 85!

85'ing around
Who says you can't shoot sports with an 85?! I've been out for almost 2 months, yes 2 MONTHS! without my 70-200 2.8 IS. It went in for a simple repair, and had been sent back to me 3 times, and I've sent it back 4 times, as Canon can't seem to fix it properly, or parts are missing, or technician ineptness might be put into question. Who knows? But life must go on, and sports must be photographed. Here's my attempt at shooting sports with and 85/1.8 on a 5D.. oh yeah. I was out of my MkIIn as well.... but that's a whole other story.
